How Much Do You Charge For Delivery, and how long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will normally be dispatched within 48 hours and delivered within 2 working days of despatch, if delivering to UK mainland addresses. If there is any delay we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange delivery to any P O Box number within the UK.
Our standard delivery charge is for UK mainland addresses by courier definition only and that any items ordered that are for shipment to Highlands or Islands or overseas may incur further carriage charges - we will keep these to a minimum and will always try to find the best cost effective method for your particular location. These charges will be calculated and added to your order once you complete your payment via the secure PayPal checkout.

Can I Cancel My Order?

You may cancel your order at any point from the time of placing the order up to seven working days after the day you receive your goods. This upholds your right under European Law to a "cooling off" period. To exercise this right please notify us in writing (by e-mail, fax or letter), within seven working days from the day you receive your order, of your wish to cancel your order. If the goods have already been sent you will need to return them to us in their original packaging at your own cost. Once we receive the goods we will process a refund for you as quickly as possible.
Please note that you have a duty to look after the goods you wish to return. They must be UNUSED and in good condition when we receive them.

What does the Paha Que lifetime warranty cover?

All Paha Que products offer a lifetime warranty to the original owner against defects in workmanship on all products and components, products receiving proper care but failing due to a defect will be fixed or replaced as required. Product repairs due to negligence and normal wear-and-tear, can be performed at reasonable cost to the customer.
